‘The Edridge Fund of Napo was pleased to accept a cheque for £2,065 from Marion Colverd of the Trade Union Fund Managers (TUFM) in a presentation ceremony at Napo HQ on Tuesday. This was attended by Napo General Secretary Ian Lawrence and a number of Napo staff.
Edridge Trustee David Raho said ‘We first trialed a contactless collection box at Napo AGM and this proved to be a popular and convenient way to collect donations. On the strength of this Trustees decided to approach TUFM to see if they would be able to assist in the purchase of additional boxes. Our plan is for every member of probation and family court service to eventually have access to a contactless collection box. TUFM have been very generous and with this funding, we can bring our collection methods into the 21st Century.
All monies collected go to support people in need in the Probation and Family Courts Service ‘ Don’t forget there are several other ways to donate to Edridge including, online donations, by post, via Just Giving and by participating in the ever popular 50/50 club – get signed up today – EDRIDGE FUND
