Police Credit Union Reveals New Brand

Police Credit Union, an ethical provider of savings and loans to employees working in the Prison and Probation Service, has revealed a new tailored brand – Prison CU – with a redesigned logo and custom-made website for its members.

So, why the new look?

Over the years, Police Credit Union’s membership has continued to grow and evolve, and now it is time for a change. The credit union has introduced a tailored brand for each of its markets to reflect its members and to symbolise the organisation’s desire to deliver a personalised service.

Although Prison CU remains part of Police Credit Union, members can now identify with their specific service, and are able access to a tailored website and personalised services.

“Police Credit Union has been working with the Prison and Probation Service since 2012. With the release of our tailored Prison CU brand, we want to support the sector with tailored products to meet your financial needs.” said Paul Norgrove, CEO of Police Credit Union. “We continue to be passionate about improving the financial resilience of all those who serve and protect”.

There to help you save

Prison CU helps employees of the Prison and Probation Service, including members of Napo, to prepare for their financial future, through a range of flexible saving accounts with repayments straight from their pay.
To join the credit union every member must save a minimum of £10 per month into a Regular Saver. It is completely free to join, and members can change the amount they save or close the account at any time.
There if you need to borrow.

Prison CU is also there to help its members if they ever need a loan – providing an ethical alternative to other financial providers, with loan repayments straight from their pay.

Loans are available to members between £500 and £25,000, payable over a repayment period of between 6 and 96 months. These are ideal for car purchases, home improvements, holidays and consolidating existing credit.
