Delphine Duff-Butler began her career as a case manager in mental health, before switching to the Probation Service. She worked for London Probation from 1985 until 2017. She and has developed a range of training courses including specialist interventions and more recently has taken the lead with regard to developing practice answers to the current challenge of working with Serious Group Offending and gang violence. In 2016 Delphine became the first female within the Criminal Justice arena to twice receive a well acclaimed Butler Trust commendation. Delphine now acts as a consultant on Criminal Justice matters and continues to devise and deliver prestige programmes and training to a varied sector of statutory, non-statutory and community stakeholders.
